5 Popsicle Recipes That Deserve a Spot in Your Freezer!

Cantaloupe Creamsicles

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cantaloupe, cubed

  • ¼ cup coconut milk (greek yogurt can be substituted)

  • 1 Tbsp honey

  • ½ tsp vanilla (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend ingredients together until smooth. 

  2. Pour into molds and freeze until solid, about 6 hours. 

Watermelon Limeade Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 3 cups seedless watermelon, cubed

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • ½ cup chopped strawberries or kiwi 

  • 1 Tbsp honey or agave

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Blend ingredients together until smooth. 

  2. Add in chopped strawberries or kiwi after blending and mix gently. 

  3. Pour into molds and freeze until firm, about 6-8 hours.

Honeydew Cucumber Coconut Pops

Ingredients

  • 2 cups honeydew, cubed

  • ½ cup peeled cucumber, chopped

  • ½ coconut water

  • ½ lime, juiced

  • 1 tsp honey or agave

  • Mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Blend honeydew, cucumber coconut water, sweetener, and lime juice together until smooth.

  2. Pour into molds then add in mint leaves. Freeze until solid, about 6-8 hours. 

Melon Swirl Pops 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup honeydew, cubed

  • 1 cup cantaloupe, cubed

  • ½ lemonade or white grape juice

  • 1 tsp lime juice 

  • ¼ cup mandarin orange wedges

Instructions

  1. Blend together cantaloupe, honeydew, juice/lemonade, and lime juice until smooth. 

  2. Pour into molds, leaving some room at the top.

  3. Add 1-2 orange slices into the blend and freeze until solid, about 6-8 hours. 

Cucumber Lime Pops

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peeled cucumber, chopped

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • ¾ cup carrot juice

  • 1 Tbsp honey or agave

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Blend cucumber, lime juice, carrot juice, salt, and sweetener together until smooth.

  2. Pour blend into molds and freeze until solid, about 6-8 hours.
